We want you to love your Pure Skin Lab products. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help.

30-day returns

You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
We'll reply with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
